Health problems acupuncture can help
Acupuncture has been validated by the World Health Organisation and clinical trials have shown that acupuncture is effective in treating a wide range of conditions. The following health problems respond well to acupuncture:

It is also very helpful in longer standing cases of anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Other conditions which respond well to acupuncture and often accompany stress are hypertension, headaches, migraines and insomnia.
- Gastrointestinal: Abdominal or epigastric (tummy area) bloating or pain, nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, indigestion.
- Respiratory: Asthma, sinus problems.
- Musculoskeletal: Neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain , sciatica, arthritis. Repetitive strain injury (RSI), tennis elbow, non-specific aches and pains
- Menstrual problems: Cycle irregularities, heavy periods, scanty periods, prolonged spotting, pain and PMT.
- Pregnancy: Infertility, low sperm count, nausea during pregnancy, inducing labour at full term, and post natal support.
- Menopausal symptoms: Night sweats, flushing, emotional changes.
